The Vincennes Open Golf Tournament is returning to Cypress Hills Golf Club on July 25-26, 2026, and registration is now open. Whether you’re a seasoned competitor or looking to test your game in a well-organized stroke play event, this is one tournament you won’t want to miss. Spaces are limited and the registration deadline is July 20 — here’s everything you need to know before you sign up.

Tournament Format

The Vincennes Open is a two-day stroke play tournament, preflighted by handicap. Saturday tee times are available from 8:00 AM to 1:30 PM on a first-come, first-served basis. Sunday tee times are assigned based on your flight and Saturday score, keeping competition fair and competitive throughout the weekend.

What’s Included

Entry is $125 per player and covers more than just your rounds. Every registered player receives an exclusive swag bag, tournament merchandise, and the chance to win cash and prizes. On Saturday, grab-and-go lunch will be served throughout the day so you can stay focused on your game without missing a beat.
A silent auction will also be held on Saturday, with all proceeds benefiting Ronald McDonald House Charities of the Ohio Valley. The Vincennes Open is proudly presented by McDonald’s Owner/Operators Wally and Deb Nowakowski, making this tournament as much a community event as it is a competitive one.

Run for the Roses

Join us for our 4th Annual Run for the Roses 2-Man Golf Tournament on May 2nd through May 3rd Cypress Hills Golf Club.

This year you’ll be golfing with your teammate for a worthy cause as we are excited to announce that a portion of the tournament proceeds will be going to support our local Heaps of Jeeps!

    • May 3rd format is Chapman alternate shot

  • Sunday tee times will start at 8:30 AM
  • Pairings will be decided by flight and score

Calling all members!
It’s time to climb the ranks or fall in behind in our Club Championship! This members only, two-day tournament will take place on September 20th and 21st so mark your calendars and break out those clubs. You have until then to master your swing!

 

Price: $100
On September 20th you can make your own tee times and play with whoever you want
On September 21st we will be making tee times by flight and score

3-Clubs and a Prayer

Members, grab your best golf partner and your favorite clubs to join us on September 6th for this fun and exciting tournament!

9am Shotgun
8:30am Registration

Challenge your golf skills with our 3-clubs and a prayer event. Pick your best 3 clubs to put in your golf bag and maybe throw a rosary or prayer beads in there as well.

This will be a play your own ball event and have a blind draw for teammates after the round. 2-man teams will combine their NET scores to see where they place as well. We will be playing off the white tees.
Members 65+ years old will be playing off the silver tees.

  • $75 – Entry fee
  • Members Only
  • You can only have 3 clubs in your bag – Putter counts as one! Choose Wisely.
  • Format – Individual Stroke play
    • one round – 18-holes.
  • Tournament will be handicapped
    • Blind draw 2 man-teams after the round. Combined NET scores.
  • Pick your own foursomes.
    • White tees – 64 yrs & younger
    • Silver Tees – 65 yrs & older

This is a make your own foursome and members ONLY event.
